Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue and the packaging.

If damage occurred during shipping I will get a replacement coming.


Non-Returnable Items

Because many items are cut and prepared specifically for makers, the following are generally non-returnable unless damaged in transit:

  • Custom-cut sizes
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • One-of-a-kind pieces

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after the return is received.
